To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Property Intelligence Reports are generated using publicly available data and AI algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:

• Property valuations or estimates are accurate or reflect actual market value
• Data sources are complete, current, or error-free
• AI-generated insights or recommendations are suitable for any particular purpose
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors

OnRealty reports are not appraisals and should not be used as a substitute for professional appraisals, inspections, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making real estate decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONREALTY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.
